my name is Anastasia Brokas and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works specifically with women. I dream to empower, enlighten, and equip this next generation of young women to own their purpose through the providing of resources on how to understand and own their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health journey.
